What’s Included:

  • A 6-month engagement tailored to the leader’s goals and context

  • Regular 1:1 coaching sessions (delivered in person, virtually, or hybrid)

  • Optional Hogan assessments and 360 feedback to build insight and self-awareness

  • Typical areas for development may include executive presence, situational leadership, stakeholder influence, resilience, or leading and developing a team

  • Co-created goals aligned to business outcomes and organisational context

  • Start and end alignment sessions with the coachee’s manager or sponsor

  • Light-touch support and check-ins between sessions when helpful

Group Coaching for Leadership Growth, Connection & Shared Learning

I design and deliver tailored group coaching programmes for high-potential and senior leaders within organisations. These programmes create space for leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and peer support—while addressing real business challenges. Groups are typically peers, at the same leadership “level” and meet regularly over a period of months, combining structured leadership content with open dialogue, practical tools, and guided peer learning.

  • Customised group coaching journey (typically over 6 months, virtual or in-person)

  • Integration of curated content (articles, videos, tools) for pre-session reflection

  • Optional 1:1 coaching alongside group work

Grounded in systemic team coaching principles, these long-term engagements focus on real dynamics, relationships, and goals—both inside the team and beyond it. Whether building trust, improving collaboration, or aligning around purpose and priorities, the work is designed to help teams lead with greater clarity, accountability, and impact. Sessions are delivered in person, remotely, or as a hybrid—flexible to what the team needs.

  • A 6–9 month engagement tailored to the team’s strategic goals and organisational context

  • Discovery and scoping phase, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, or diagnostic tools

  • Co-created team goals and shared ways of working
